Victor Delerme, CPA

Victor has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. He also received accounting, finance and general business courses at the University of Georgia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Puerto Rico.

Victor has extensive experience working with both start up companies including domestic and foreign and companies that are in emerging stages. In addition he consults with clients in tax planning and deal negotiations as well tax ramification of business transactions.
